• Finance Leasing Act, No. 56 of 2000 — Registers leasing companies and sets notice and court steps before a leased asset is taken back.
• Microfinance and Credit Regulatory Authority Act, No. 9 of 2026 — Creates an authority that licenses money lenders and microfinance businesses and protects borrowers.
• Microfinance Act, No. 6 of 2016 — Earlier microfinance law, repealed by the 2026 Act.
