Pensionable public officers get a pension under the Minutes on Pensions. They also contribute to the Widows'/Widowers' and Orphans' Pension (W&OP) scheme for their family.
What is wrong
- Pension papers not sent on time by your office
- W&OP contributions cut but not registered
- Survivors' claim delayed after the officer dies
What you can do
- Before retiring, your last office sends form PD 03 to the Department of Pensions
- Check you have a W&OP number; register online with your appointment letter and NIC
- After an officer dies, the spouse applies through the Divisional Secretariat with the death certificate and form PD 04
- Unmarried, unemployed children under 26 can get the orphans' pension
- A remarried widow or widower gets 50 percent of the W&OP pension

- වැ.අ.වි. දායක මුදල් කපා ගත්තද ලියාපදිංචි නොකිරීම
- නිලධාරියා මිය ගිය පසු යැපෙන්නන්ගේ හිමිකම් ප්රමාද වීම

- විශ්රාම යාමට පෙර ඔබේ අවසන් කාර්යාලය PD 03 ආකෘතිය විශ්රාම වැටුප් දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවට යවයි
- ඔබට වැ.අ.වි. අංකයක් ඇති බව තහවුරු කරන්න; පත්වීම් ලිපිය සහ හැඳුනුම්පත සමඟ මාර්ගගතව ලියාපදිංචි වන්න

விதி
ஓய்வூதியத் தகுதியுள்ள அரச அலுவலர்கள் ஓய்வூதியக் குறிப்புகளின் கீழ் ஓய்வூதியம் பெறுவர். குடும்பத்துக்காக விதவைகள்/தபுதாரர்கள் அனாதைகள் ஓய்வூதியத் திட்டத்துக்கும் பங்களிப்பர்.
தவறு என்ன
- உங்கள் அலுவலகம் ஓய்வூதிய ஆவணங்களை உரிய நேரத்தில் அனுப்பாமை
- பங்களிப்பு வெட்டப்பட்டும் பதிவு செய்யப்படாமை
- அலுவலர் இறந்த பின் சார்ந்தோரின் கோரிக்கை தாமதமாதல்
நீங்கள் செய்யக்கூடியவை
- ஓய்வுக்கு முன் உங்கள் கடைசி அலுவலகம் PD 03 படிவத்தை ஓய்வூதியத் திணைக்களத்துக்கு அனுப்பும்
- உங்களுக்குப் பதிவு இலக்கம் உள்ளதா எனச் சரிபாருங்கள்; நியமனக் கடிதம், அடையாள அட்டையுடன் இணையத்தில் பதியுங்கள்
- அலுவலர் இறந்த பின் துணைவர் மரணச் சான்றிதழ், PD 04 படிவத்துடன் பிரதேச செயலகம் மூலம் விண்ணப்பிப்பார்
- 26க்குக் குறைந்த திருமணமாகாத, வேலையற்ற பிள்ளைகள் அனாதை ஓய்வூதியம் பெறலாம்
- மறுமணம் செய்த விதவை அல்லது தபுதாரர் ஓய்வூதியத்தின் 50 சதவீதம் பெறுவர்
