No one may be discriminated against because of disability when hiring for a job or office, or when admitting to an educational institution.
What is wrong
- Rejecting a qualified applicant only because of disability
- Refusing to admit a child to school because of disability
- Ignoring the 3% public sector quota for qualified persons with disabilities
What you can do
- Ask for the reason for refusal in writing
- Petition the High Court of your Province for relief, yourself or through the National Council
- Complain to the Human Rights Commission
- For a refusal by a state body, a fundamental rights petition may be possible within a strict time limit

- සුදුසුකම් ඇති ආබාධිත පුද්ගලයින් සඳහා රාජ්ය අංශයේ 3% කෝටාව නොසලකා හැරීම

- ප්රතික්ෂේප කිරීමට හේතුව ලිඛිතව ඉල්ලන්න
- සහන සඳහා ඔබම හෝ ජාතික සභාව හරහා ඔබේ පළාතේ මහාධිකරණයට පෙත්සම් ඉදිරිපත් කරන්න
- මානව හිමිකම් කොමිෂන් සභාවට පැමිණිලි කරන්න
- රාජ්ය ආයතනයක් ප්රතික්ෂේප කළහොත්, දැඩි කාල සීමාවක් තුළ මූලික අයිතිවාසිකම් පෙත්සමක් ගොනු කළ හැකි විය හැක

வேலை அல்லது பதவிக்கு ஆட்சேர்க்கும்போது அல்லது கல்வி நிறுவனத்தில் அனுமதிக்கும்போது மாற்றுத்திறன் காரணமாக எவருக்கும் பாகுபாடு காட்டக் கூடாது.

- தகுதியுள்ள மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கான அரச துறை 3% ஒதுக்கீட்டைப் புறக்கணித்தல்
